Went to the warm creative haven KuBa, hosted by the lovely Sharon and Mika. I went there one week to write on my novel, mainly organising and summarising my archive of my own ideas and jokes and lines, which was a bigger task than I had imagined.The place feels inspiring to me, peaceful and full of life at the same time. Great atmosphere by interactions with the hosts and other guests and residents. And I also cherish my coffees in the morning on the sun-flooded steps to the apartment. A week was not enough to break through to the essence of my novel but that is fine. I will be back sometime, hopefully again with my mate Laura.
