My time at the Kuba residency was exactly what I wanted — and even better. Klein Warnow is an amazing place that plays a huge part in the experience there — the walks, the dinners, and the morning coffees surrounded by green views and calmness. It’s a pure gift for both artistic and personal expression.
All of this comes with the lovely hospitality of Sharon and Mika, who gave us freedom and beautiful conversations. I’m thankful to have spent this valuable time with them. The studio was perfect for me , I couldn’t ask for more. There’s plenty of space to work, and the library is rich and inspiring. I created artworks inspired by the area and my time at Kuba, and I’m happy with the results. My time at Kuba gave me so much, and I’m truly grateful for the experience.
