I had an amazing time during the residency . The location and people are special , there is a lot of space for exploration and trying out new things and this is what my focus was . I came to KuBa over-saturated with my digital art practice and wanted to focus on more analog mediums. I worked on wax sculptures and also got hooked on printing ,which was introduced to us by Sharon. It was a very peaceful , enjoyable time filled with art , nature ,chickens and cake. I would go back anytime.
